This is a lovely house near my school. Icky rainy day!
Some lovely flowers I spotted on my way home from the train station. They don't have a scent but they do have really peculiar stamens.
These lovely clouds greeted me as I stepped off the train this afternoon.
Usually I am blinded while driving up the hill to Shimanto HS, but today I had a rather eerie and curious surprize. I could look at it without squinting, though I avoided looking for too long.
This is Chicken FUCKING Tataki.
The communist. He was lovingly accused by other union members of worshipping the Red Jesus, Che Guevara.
This picture resulted when the bio teacher tried to take a photo but couldn't figure out how to make my camera work. He was putting the camera down when it flashed and I was laughing at him.
Some union teachers. The one in the middle is the biology teacher; right is one of the English teachers and left is the english-turned math student whose balding head, along with that of my JTE, made the pics too shiny. Other teachers' accusations, not mine. There was also a fair bit of them accusing each other. They both went to the same high school, Nishi HS, which is a big deal in Kochi.
Apparently Cadillacs with chesty women on top of them signify American culture. I feel SO sophisticated.
My group at the English Camp at Ogata Seishounen-no-ie. They are trying to get across the gym floor walking only on these mats. We fucking rocked the house and won overall in the day's activities! Woo-hoo!
I saw this vending center on the way to the English Camp at Ogata Seishounen-no-ie. Not sure if this is for eating or planting, but either way it is AWESOME.
I wore my costume to Shimanto today and the students thought it was awesome. Way to make brownie points! Woo hoo!
